Advanced Notice is Not Likely

The advanced notice usually only occurs when:

• The conditions of the worksite pose an imminent danger that must be corrected immediately.

The inspection is divided into three parts:

Results and Re-Inspection

Violations of OSHA Standards are subject to citations and fines. The violations and penalties will be listed, along with a deadline for addressing the hazard. The chance of re-inspection is increased if the violations are serious.
